El Paseo ("The Walk") is a limited‑edition giclée print by Cuban painter David Rodríguez. A graduate of the San Alejandro Academy and the Instituto Superior de Arte, Rodríguez is known for his dynamic figural compositions that blend realism and abstraction. In this piece he depicts a solitary traveler leading a horse through an imaginary landscape, inviting viewers to reflect on journeys, memory and solitude. The work combines impressionistic brushwork with expressive lines, while a palette of earthy browns, deep greens and ochres evokes the Cuban countryside and colonial heritage.
