Returns and Refunds

Original artworks

Original artworks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged except when they arrive damaged or materially different from the published description.

Fine Art Limited Edition Prints

Fine Art Limited Edition Prints may be returned within 15 calendar days after delivery. To qualify, a return must be requested through the Línea y Color Contact page within the return period, sent back in the original tube and packaging, and received in the same condition in which it was delivered.

After a return request is accepted, ship the package using a traceable shipping method with signature confirmation and provide the tracking number to Línea y Color. The buyer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the original order received complimentary shipping, $25 will be deducted from the refund to cover the original shipment.

Línea y Color is not responsible for return packages lost before delivery to the gallery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven business days after the returned merchandise is received and inspected. The financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Inspect the order promptly after delivery. If an item is damaged or materially different from the order, contact us through the Contact page and keep the artwork and all packaging. Include the order number and clear photographs so that we can evaluate the issue.

How to request a return

Use the Contact page at https://lineaycolor.us/pages/contact and include the order number, item title, reason for the request, and current condition of the work. Do not send a return before receiving instructions.
