## Shipping Policy

We ship all limited edition prints from our print partner in the United States. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via trackable courier. Estimated delivery times:

- **United States & Canada:** 5–7 business days
- **Europe:** 7–12 business days
- **Latin America & Caribbean:** 7–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and item size. Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient. Each print is carefully packaged in archival sleeves and rigid tubes to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

## Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your print, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at **support@lineaycolor.us**. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the certificate of authenticity.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (shipping charges are non‑refundable). If the print arrives damaged, please email us photos of the damage within 48 hours and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Limited editions cannot be replaced once sold out.
