Shipping and Delivery

Línea y Color currently ships online orders within the continental United States.

Packaging

Fine-art prints are carefully rolled and packaged in protective shipping tubes. Flat shipping is not currently available.

Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment. Payment authorization issues may delay the start of processing.

Shipping cost and delivery

Standard shipping within the continental United States is complimentary. The estimated transit time is 3–10 business days after an order ships. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or destination conditions.

Tracking

When an order ships, the customer receives a confirmation email with available tracking information.

Loss or damage

If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact Línea y Color promptly through the Contact page. Keep all original packaging and provide clear photographs of the exterior package, interior packaging, shipping label, and artwork so that we can evaluate the issue with the carrier.

International inquiries

International online checkout is not currently enabled. Collectors outside the continental United States may contact the gallery before purchasing to ask whether compliant shipping is available to their destination and to obtain a shipping quote.
